That email got me think\u00ading about that poor book. Ris\u00ading Heat has been pushed to the back burn\u00ader so many times. I&nbsp;blame Dean (the hero) for not speak\u00ading to me. I&nbsp;think we got into a&nbsp;nev\u00ader end\u00ading cycle of pout\u00ading.
