""It’s the middle of September. Do you know where your summer went?

Favorite Song of the Week ~Â I’ve had this song stuck in my head for three days, so I’ll post it here in hopes of sharing the earworm.

Okay, as usual, the first time I see the official video is when I post it here. I’m too much of a romantic to say I liked that one. Sorry guys.

Work in Progress News ~ Ugh. No news. I worked a lot at the part time job the last two weeks, I don’t think I’ve written a word in days. When I’m away from my wip, I feel guilty, like I’m cheating. Next week will see my new refocus strategy.

Industry News ~Â I’ve mentioned the Espresso Book Machine (EBM) before, and what impact I think it might have on the book industry. This week, On Demand, the makers of the EBM, announced they’ve partnered with Eastman Kodak, and the company’s POD technology will be made available to retailers who have Kodak Picture Kiosks, including drugstores and supermarkets. [Source] This is big, guys. Imagine being able to pick up a freshly printed book at your friendly one hour photo. While you wait. I’m so glad I live in this decade!

Search Term of the week aka How People Found My Websites ~ “erotic twit”. No, I’m serious. That found me. ME! I’m not a twit, people!

""

What I’m reading ~ Am I the only one who prepares for a favorite author’s new release by re-reading his/her backlist? This past week I re-read one of my favorite Sandra Brown books because I simply cannot wait until Tuesday, when her new one comes out. Play Dirty is a really good romantic suspense that has several twists, which I’m very fond of.

Hero Quote ~ Trevor, from PreView:

“You know, the only way to prove you’re for real is wait and see if Victoria dies. I’m not willing to do that.

That’s all I’ve got for you this week. Everyone have a great weekend!
