Work in Progress News ~<\/span> <\/strong>I\u2019ve been pid\u00addling away on this pilot short sto\u00adry, but this week\u2019s search terms are steer\u00ading me in a dif\u00adfer\u00adent direc\u00adtion. Lots of queries for the sec\u00adond Earth Scents book, so real\u00adly, I should write that! So that\u2019s my focus for next week.<\/p>\n

Indus\u00adtry News ~<\/span> <\/strong>Last week at the Nation\u00adal Romance Writ\u00aders of Amer\u00adi\u00adca con\u00adfer\u00adence, the high\u00adest hon\u00ador bestowed on a book from the RWA<\/span>, the RITA<\/span> award was announced. This year for the first time ever, the RITA<\/span> was bestowed on a dig\u00adi\u00adtal first book. In fact, this is the first year that any dig\u00adi\u00adtal book won a RITA<\/span>. Con\u00adgrat\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtions to Fiona Lowe<\/a>, her edi\u00adtor Char\u00adlotte Her\u00adsch\u00ader, and her (and my!!) pub\u00adlish\u00ader Cari\u00adna Press.<\/p>\n

I total\u00adly agree with every\u00adthing that review\u00ader says, so if you\u2019d like my thoughts, she put them succinctly.<\/p>\n
