Patrick sighed. His best friend Sean had found love, and who was he to keep him from tak\u00ading advan\u00adtage of every moment with Kel\u00adly? \u201cI don\u2019t blame you for being whipped. I might just be a lit\u00adtle jealous.\u201d<\/p>\n

He tried not to stare as Kel\u00adly cud\u00addled against Sean. They\u2019d planned on clos\u00ading the Sham\u00adrock Lounge down, but it looked like he\u2019d spend the rest of the evening alone, while Sean and Kel\u00adly cel\u00ade\u00adbrat\u00aded \u00c2 the hol\u00adi\u00adday in each oth\u00ader\u2019s arms. Patrick schooled his fea\u00adtures to keep his long\u00ading hid\u00adden. The last thing he need\u00aded was pity. He looked away as Sean leaned over to kiss his girl.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Hey there, handsome.\u201d<\/p>\n

Patrick whipped around at the voice, a sexy purring \u00c2 that sent a wave of tin\u00adgles down his spine. It was her. The girl he\u2019d embar\u00adrassed him\u00adself over three weeks ago in this very bar. The one he\u2019d grilled every patron of the place ask\u00ading for more infor\u00adma\u00adtion about. The last time he saw her, he was deep into his Big Dublin\u2013the fish\u00adbowl-sized beer that knocked many a man on his knickers\u2013and he still did\u00adn\u2019t have his name on a piece of gold in that paint\u00aded pot. \u201cMol\u00adly?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Oh, you remem\u00adber my name?\u201d She winked.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>I remem\u00adber every\u00adthing about you.\u201d Patrick took in her dark hair, the faint dust\u00ading of freck\u00adles across he nose, and her tight green tee shirt. Either she was\u00adn\u2019t wear\u00ading a bra under there, or her nip\u00adples poked right through. He ignored his cock\u00ad\u2019s twitch, and con\u00adtin\u00adued his perusal down her dark den\u00adim jeans\u2013that looked like they\u2019d be hell to peel off\u2013and knee high leather boots with a dead\u00adly-look\u00ading heel. \u201cYou look bet\u00adter than I remem\u00adbered though.\u201d<\/p>\n

She had a gor\u00adgeous smile. She\u2019d giv\u00aden him a peek of her dain\u00adty pink tongue as she stroked the seam of her lips. \u201cYou were pret\u00adty drunk that night.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Not so drunk that I did\u00adn\u2019t miss you when you left.\u201d Just then Patrick noticed that Kel\u00adly and Sean had dis\u00adap\u00adpeared, but he no longer cared.<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>My ride was leav\u00ading. I tried to tell you, but you were\u2026busy.\u201d<\/p>\n

No longer inter\u00adest\u00aded in alco\u00adhol, Patrick set his whiskey down, and hap\u00adpi\u00adly gave up the pool table to the three guys who were just wait\u00ading to pounce. He took Mol\u00adly\u2019s hand in his, and led her to a qui\u00adeter cor\u00adner of the lounge, where a fire\u00adplace was flick\u00ader\u00ading in a sen\u00adsu\u00adous invi\u00adta\u00adtion amid a com\u00adfort\u00adable seat\u00ading area. \u201cI\u2019d offer you a ride home, but it seems mine just left.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mol\u00adly did\u00adn\u2019t object when he pulled her down on the big over\u00adstuffed chair with him. In fact she shift\u00aded her body against his, press\u00ading her breasts against his arm. For the sec\u00adond time in a month, Patrick was about to embar\u00adrass him\u00adself in this bar for this woman. It did\u00adn\u2019t help when she leaned in and took his ear\u00adlobe between her teeth and paint\u00aded it with her tongue. \u201cCar or not, you could still offer me a ride\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
