It\u2019s been a while since I post\u00aded any\u00adthing oth\u00ader than my Six Sen\u00adtence Sun\u00adday snip\u00adpets. Not that I have much to say, and not that I think any\u00adone but my mom reads my blog snort<\/em>. I thought I\u2019d start post\u00ading an update every week. This way any\u00adone who hap\u00adpens to stop by can see that I actu\u00adal\u00adly do more than tweet all day (occa\u00adsion\u00adal\u00adly) and maybe see\u00ading the same update every week will give me moti\u00adva\u00adtion to get off \u00c2 my butt and write!<\/p>\n

Back\u00adlist News~<\/strong> <\/span>Noth\u00ading going on with my back\u00adlist. Movie rights are still up for sale, and Oprah\u2019s off the air. Dammit. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

New Release News~<\/strong> <\/span>Pre\u00adView is all edit\u00aded! For those of you who read Pre\u00adja Vu, it\u2019s the same sto\u00adry, just refreshed, re-edit\u00aded, re-cov\u00adered, and will be repub\u00adlished at Cari\u00adna Press in ear\u00adly Sep\u00adtem\u00adber. Just in time for Cari\u00adna\u2019s Roman\u00adtic Sus\u00adpense Week! I know, I haven\u2019t shared the cov\u00ader with the world, but as soon as I get per\u00admis\u00adsion, I\u2019ll do that. The blurb is on Goodreads<\/a>, so you can see what it\u2019s all about there. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Works In Progress News ~<\/strong> <\/span>I\u2019ve got about three works I\u2019d love to fin\u00adish as Alan\u00adna. One is a roman\u00adtic sus\u00adpense, as yet unti\u00adtled, that I was shar\u00ading six sen\u00adtences at a time every Sun\u00adday. Unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly it got to a spot where it would bore you to tears to read it like that, so I\u2019ve stopped post\u00ading. The file name is Park\u00ader, and it\u2019s at about 16,000 of an esti\u00admat\u00aded 60,000 words. I haven\u2019t touched it in weeks though. I\u2019m also work\u00ading on a con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adrary with a para\u00adnor\u00admal twist. No title for that either, its file name is Ian. (Can you tell I title my WiPs as my hero names? Yeah, I\u2019m a dork.) Ian\u2019s only about 8K<\/span>. I plan on it end\u00ading up around 60K<\/span> as well. I\u2019ve also got an his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal west\u00adern with a\u00c2  trea\u00adsure hunt plot. That one\u2019s been per\u00adco\u00adlat\u00ading in the back of my mind for a while, and I real\u00adly like the char\u00adac\u00adters there. Unfor\u00adtu\u00adnate\u00adly Olivia has tak\u00aden over the lap\u00adtop, she seems to think that her m\/m con\u00adtem\u00adpo\u00adrary is more impor\u00adtant than all of my oth\u00ader works. She\u2019s pret\u00adty pushy too, so I give in. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Indus\u00adtry News ~<\/strong> <\/span>I found it very inter\u00adest\u00ading that JK<\/span> Rowl\u00ading is releas\u00ading her Har\u00adry Pot\u00adter series in dig\u00adi\u00adtal for\u00admat, and all by her lone\u00adsome. Upcom\u00ading Events ~ <\/strong><\/span>I\u2019ll be guest blog\u00adging at the Nine Naughty Nov\u00adel\u00adist\u2019s blog<\/a> lat\u00ader this month. I met most of these ladies at the RT<\/span> con\u00adven\u00adtion in LA<\/span> ear\u00adli\u00ader this year, and I just want\u00aded to turn into a rav\u00ading fan\u00adgirl who dress\u00ades like the NNNs. They\u2019re a great bunch of ladies, and a whole lot of fun, espe\u00adcial\u00adly with PG\u2019s wine and choco\u00adlate. Real Life News ~<\/strong> <\/span>The weath\u00ader on top of this moun\u00adtain is gor\u00adgeous. Our sum\u00admers are enough to make 90% of you drool with jeal\u00adousy. Not too hot, not too cool. The only prob\u00adlem is they\u2019re not too long either. Got\u00adta enjoy these months while we can! Also, my daugh\u00adter turned 16, and I haven\u2019t seen her since. Hav\u00ading anoth\u00ader dri\u00adver in the house is pret\u00adty handy. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll have to \u201crun to the store because I ran out of _____\u201d for months. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Favorite Song of the Week ~ <\/strong><\/span>On My Lev\u00adel, by Wiz Khal\u00adi\u00adfa, fea\u00adtur\u00ading Too Short. Love the bass on this, and the low har\u00admo\u00adny.
