This week I\u2019m shar\u00ading six sen\u00adtences from my first nov\u00adel, Wyoming Solace<\/a>. An his\u00adtor\u00adi\u00adcal west\u00adern love sto\u00adry set in the Snowy Range Moun\u00adtains here in Wyoming.<\/p>\n Since when was laun\u00addry such an enjoy\u00adable chore?<\/p>\n Elise stooped beneath the shade of a cot\u00adton\u00adwood, drenched with soapy water and her own per\u00adspi\u00adra\u00adtion, but she\u2019d nev\u00ader felt bet\u00adter. She remem\u00adbered her maid Amelia crouch\u00ading over the laun\u00addry tub. Although she nev\u00ader com\u00adplained, nor accept\u00aded Elise\u2019s offer to help, the job didn\u2019t look exhil\u00ada\u00adrat\u00ading in the least.
