You see I haven\u2019t blogged in a while. I\u2019ve had a rough week. When my lap\u00adtop died in my arms, I thought that was bad enough. I had\u00adn\u2019t backed up my works in progress for six days, and I knew that I had lost about sev\u00aden\u00adty hours worth of work. That was\u00adn\u2019t bad enough, so let\u2019s throw in a 102.6 degree fever due to a strange hic\u00adcup in den\u00adtal work. Took the lap\u00adtop to the geeks, went to the den\u00adtist, got some meds.\u2026promptly dropped the bot\u00adtle in a sink\u00adful of soapy dish\u00adwa\u00adter. Well\u2026I was shak\u00ading! Can\u2019t sleep at night, can\u2019t work dur\u00ading the day\u2026I was like a zom\u00adbie pac\u00ading my house look\u00ading for a purpose.<\/p>\n
Then I broke two very expen\u00adsive fingernails.<\/p>\n
But I\u2019m back. I had to rewrite what I lost, and I hate to admit it, but it came out even bet\u00adter the sec\u00adond time. Fever\u2019s gone, so I can get my four hours\u2019 sleep at night. I still haven\u2019t been to the salon to fix my two fin\u00adger\u00adnails, but I think I\u2019ll live.<\/p>\n\n
