All sum\u00admer I\u2019ve been enjoy\u00ading the weath\u00ader, and the end of August tells me that the snow will start to fly soon\u00ader than I&nbsp;would like.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t want to talk about&nbsp;it.<\/p>\n<p>The pic\u00adture here is from a&nbsp;recent trip to the moun\u00adtains near the Wyoming\/Colorado state line. Each tree has an inter\u00adest\u00ading per\u00adson\u00adal\u00adi\u00adty,&nbsp;yeah?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Work in Progress News ~<\/span> After final\u00adiz\u00ading <span class=\"caps\">FLIPPED<\/span>, and send\u00ading it off to two pub\u00adlish\u00aders, I&nbsp;took some time to go through Alan\u00adna\u2019s book \u00c2&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/alannacoca.com\/books\/fine-print\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"caps\">FINE<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">PRINT<\/span><\/a> to get it ready for self pub\u00adlish\u00ading. What I&nbsp;learned was that in 2009 I&nbsp;<em>loved<\/em> ellipses. I&nbsp;prob\u00ada\u00adbly took fif\u00adteen or twen\u00adty instances out of that man\u00adu\u00adscript. I\u2019m work\u00ading on Falling Star now. Same thing. I&nbsp;don\u2019t know what it is about those three lit\u00adtle&nbsp;dots\u2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">New Release News ~<\/span> So excit\u00aded for Alan\u00adna\u2019s book <span class=\"caps\">PREVIEW<\/span> to get a&nbsp;sec\u00adond shot. I&nbsp;real\u00adly like this sto\u00adry. Twists and turns and love. I&nbsp;made a&nbsp;trail\u00ader for it last night. I&nbsp;post\u00aded it along with an excerpt on the <a href=\"http:\/\/alannacoca.com\/books\/preview\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"caps\">PREVIEW<\/span> book page<\/a>, or you can see it below. With the swing being toward E, the fact that S<span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span>S has seen Lock\u00ade\u2019s poten\u00adtial, and is will\u00ading to forego ebook rights to make him hap\u00adpy, is pret\u00adty amaz\u00ading in my opin\u00adion. Good on ya, S<span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span>S! If you can\u2019t beat em.\u2026join em!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Real Life News ~<\/span> Kids are back in school, which changes the dynam\u00adics of my entire lit\u00adtle town. Pop\u00adu\u00adla\u00adtion increas\u00ades by about <span class=\"caps\">20K<\/span> (all 18\u201320 yrs old) who don\u2019t know where they\u2019re going. Need\u00adless to say I&nbsp;stay off the roads as long as I&nbsp;can.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Search Term of the week aka How Peo\u00adple Found My Web\u00adsites ~<\/span> I\u2019ve got two this week. Some\u00adone got to Alan\u00adna\u2019s site by search\u00ading for \u201cdirty foot\u00adprints on the floor\u201d. Not sure how I&nbsp;feel about that, but I\u2019m buy\u00ading a&nbsp;mop tomor\u00adrow. Over here, some\u00adone searched for \u201cA tease\u201d. Now that\u2019s fun\u00adny. They found my book <span class=\"caps\">AT<\/span> <span class=\"caps\">EASE<\/span>, which I&nbsp;nev\u00ader real\u00adized what a&nbsp;squished up url would look like. Though the hero in my book does\u00adn\u2019t have a&nbsp;sexy Aussie accent, I&nbsp;think that would have been too obvi\u00adous,&nbsp;yeah?<\/p>\n<p>Okay, that\u2019s it for me this week.
