Ryann was sit\u00adting upright in her bed. The sheet fell away from her to pool at her waist. She had no idea if she actu\u00adal\u00adly shout\u00aded the one word, or if it had been part of the dream, but it woke her just the same.<\/span><\/p>\n

She gath\u00adered the sheet into a moist wad at her chest. She was shiv\u00ader\u00ading. Cold? No, she was cov\u00adered with per\u00adspi\u00adra\u00adtion, even the tee shirt she wore was damp.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oh yes \u2026 a dream. A won\u00adder\u00adful dream. It was sin\u00adful in its eroti\u00adcism, alarm\u00ading with its clar\u00adi\u00adty. Ryann closed her eyes to replay it. It began with sound only. Black\u00adness sur\u00adround\u00aded her.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was lying in bed. Com\u00adplete\u00adly nude. A heavy arm was wrapped around her, a wall of mas\u00adculin\u00adi\u00adty pressed against her back. She was being slow\u00adly awak\u00adened by a play\u00adful tongue bat\u00adting against her earlobe.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Mmm \u2026 Trevor?\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Yes ma\u2019am. At your ser\u00advice,\u201d his low voice rum\u00adbled through the stillness.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

She grinned, but didn\u2019t open her eyes. \u201cWhat are you doing?\u201d she moaned.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span>Shh \u2026 I\u2019m sleep\u00ading. I\u2019m hav\u00ading the most amaz\u00ading dream\u2026\u201dHe con\u00adtin\u00adued his seduc\u00adtion of her ear, then moved his lips down along the slim line of her neck.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

His breath felt hot on her skin. Her tem\u00adper\u00ada\u00adture rose to match it; blood flood\u00aded her from head to toe.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Ryann turned her head to reach his mouth. He met her lips with a kiss filled with car\u00adnal ener\u00adgy. His vel\u00advety tongue speared into her mouth and stroked hers until she writhed against him in effort to get ever clos\u00ader. One strong hand slid up her tor\u00adso until it cov\u00adered her breast, her nip\u00adple puck\u00adered in full arousal. When he rolled it between two fin\u00adgers, she squealed then strug\u00adgled to turn toward him. Only then did she open her eyes.<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

So now you know what Ryann saw when she opened her eyes. Not a bad way to wake up, right? Okay, so real\u00adly this guy\u2019s name is Nic Luhrs, but I\u2019m allowed cre\u00adative lib\u00ader\u00adties, right?<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve had a few dreams that I wish were prophet\u00adic\u2026 not the show\u00ading-up-to-work-with\u00adout-a-shirt dream\u2026I can do with\u00adout those.<\/p>\n
