Cover Day

I love the smell of new cov­er in the morn­ing. Aman­da Kelsey has done it again folks. I got the mock up for Retreat in my in box, and was imme­di­ate­ly remind­ed of a clas­sic romance nov­el. I’ll post it as soon as I get the offi­cial high res­o­lu­tion pic. I think you’ll like it!! I also fin­ished (most­ly) the trail­er for Retreat, and as soon as I insert the cov­er I’ll post it here in the Book Trail­er page.

I fin­ished my sixth nov­el titled  Fine Print. I sen­t a sam­ple in to an agent, and no one was more sur­prised than me when she replied ask­ing to read the full man­u­script! I’m a prac­ti­cal per­son though, and I won’t get my hopes up.  I also sent it in to Liq­uid Sil­ver Books as a sub­mis­sion. Let’s hope one of them likes it enough to offer me a lit­tle sumthin sumthin.

UPDATE! After post­ing this, I got an email inform­ing me that Pre­ja Vu has a release date! 10/5/09, how excit­ing is THAT? Now I’d bet­ter get busy pimp­ing it…

  2. Thank you Ser­e­na! Aman­da did your cov­er for The Chal­lenge did­n’t she? Now that I’ve found her, I’m not shar­ing my cov­er love with any oth­er artist lol

    I’m not hold­ing my breath on that agent thing. I just hope either she or LSB wants it, but I’m not above being fought over HAHA

  3. Yep, she did do The Chal­lenge cov­er. I was and still am, very hap­py with it and impressed by the job she did. She got it exact­ly right! I’ll def­i­nite­ly beg to keep work­ing with her…provided I get my butt in gear and get writ­ing!! hehe

    Oh, I’m sure you’ll hear back from both!! Let the fight­ing begin! woot 🙂
